MASK COMISSIONS:

dEMONCH creates original, one-of-a kind faerietale inspired masquerade masks (no two designs are the same). From Steampunk, Flora, to Intricate Lines…. We can create a unique faerietale inspired masquerade mask just for you.

These are great for Halloween, a Masquerade Event, or just because you want something sparkly!

Mask Commissions are $8.00 per Mask + $5.00 Shipping

(for 50 or more masks please ask about our bulk discount rate)

Is there a type of creature would you like to base it off of? (fairy, elfven ,cat-like, mermaid-like, Angel, Knight in Shining Armor, ect. ect.)

What look/feel are you wanting to accomplish? (elegant, gothic, punky, sexy
ect. ect.)

What colors would you like to use? (monochromatic, fall color seam,
complimentary colors, ect. ect.)

Do you have any pictures or artwork that you would like to take elements
from?

Measurments:

dEMONCH will need a number of your body measurements (Note: These mesurements are only needed for those looking for a custom garments)

Payment Information:

-dEMONCH currently accepts payments through Paypal. Please send all payments to Digitaldj1@msn.com.

- We do not accept payment plans on orders totaling less than $500. Orders totaling $500 or more, a payment plan can be set up upon request. 60% of the total cost is due as the first downpayment, 20% during the creation of your project, and 20% upon completion. Please note that dEMONCH will not ship any items until they have been fully paid for. If you are interested, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Cancellation Policiy:

-On all Custom/Commission Orders, there is a non-refundable fee of %60 of the total cost of the commission items.

-The item(s) may be sold to recoup costs.

dEMONCH does NOT accept Returns or issue Refunds:
- Because of the personal nature of custom orders, dEMONCH can not accept returns or exchanges. If for some reason you are unhappy with the item you receive, please let us know and we will try to fix the problem for you.

Exceptions

For lost packages: since USPS is lame at times. If for some reason they have lost your carefully packed package during shipping, these Lost/Damage items that are insured will be refunded. Please allow 2 weeks for domestic orders to be considered "lost" and 1 month for international orders (as customs some times might hold your orders for a little longer).

At dEMONCH, we use USPS to ship all domestic and international orders.
We use the following shipping methods:
For all domestic shipping: USPS First Class/ Priority Flat Rate Shipping.
For all international Shipping: USPS First-Class Package International Service

All orders come with tracking through USPS.com.
All orders $50 or more are shipped with insurance.
In addition, all US orders over $100 will require a signature confirmation.
Please PM deMonch if you need to insure your purchase or for faster shipping. (You will be responsible for any additional charges)

- TAXES / IMPORT / CUSTOMS FEES -
Please be aware that you are responsible for any taxes or customs fees that may be incurred when accepting your package delivery.

dEMONCH is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Note: If a package was shipped, delivered, and shipped back to dEMONCH, we will be happy to ship it back to you for an additional shipping charge.

Note: if said items was shipped, delivered, and shipped back to dEMONCH but lost in the Mail, it is the customer's responsibility to get in touch with the United States Postal System. dEMONCH will not issue a refund for these items.

dEMONCH shall not be held liable in case of wrong/incomplete address. please check your address before you place the order!
Note: dEMONCH will ship out to the address on your paypal invoice. If you would like us to ship to a different address, please send dEMONCH a message WITH your invoice # containing the appropriate information at the time of purchase.
